Role: Twilio Tech Product Owner
Location: Remote (US, UK, Mexico, Canada, Brazil)
Duration: Longterm
Key points for Interview:
- Can you create Products from the scratch.
- Creating Reports, dashboards in Twilio.
- If there is no historical data or existing plan, how will you start.
- How will you manage millions of records (in bound) via Twilio through Data Analysis.
- What is your requirement gathering approach when no solid documents available.
- How will you manage multiple stakeholders’ projects.
Skills needed:
Seasoned Product Owner with 5+ years of experience as Technical PO.
Must have skills:
- DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs.
- Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders.
- Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria.
Preferred skills:
- Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background.
- Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting.
